Aims
 

The aim of the workshop is to report and discuss significant recent research related to algebra and its applications in other areas. This annual spring workshop has been initiated by Estonian algebraists several years ago. Traditionally it has attracted mathematicians interested in various areas of algebra such as category theory, universal algebra, semigroup and group theory, lattice theory and linear algebra. The working language of the workshop is English.

The scientific program includes invited plenary talks (40 min) and contributed talks (20 min).

The abstracts will be published in the workshop collection of abstracts and made available to participants.
Accommodation and expenses
There is no registration fee. The participants are expected to pay for their accommodation and meals.

The workshop will take place at Svente Manor (55054’12’’ N, 26022’35’’ E), Alejas 7, Svente, LV-5473, Latvia.

The workshop will open at 14.00 on April 29 and close before the lunchtime on May 1.

Workshop participants are offered to stay at Svente Manor hotel. The hotel offers shared 2 person rooms. The price for one person is approximately 30 euro per night including breakfast. The participant can pay for their meals individually or ask the cost to be added to the hotel bill.
